Paulina has over 13 years experience in real estate, working in roles across all aspects of residential property management from office administration to senior management. Her commitment to property management is evidenced by a strong record of developing long term client relationships. Paulina’s expertise is reflected in her recent past as a team leader of a large property management department. Directly responsible for 14 property management staff including 7 Property Managers with a combined portfolio of 2,100 properties, she also continued to grow the business while managing a personal portfolio of 250 properties. Senior colleagues with considerable industry experience often sought her guidance on complex issues, such was their admiration for her knowledge of property management as reflected by her success in resolving disagreements. Energetic and professional, Paulina thrives on providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants while rising to meet the daily challenges of property management.

Six years ago Sharen fulfilled her dream of being a Property Manager, a role in which she has truly excelled. Jody is our ever dutiful office manager. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to keep all sales staff on track, Jody has all the attributes needed to run the well oiled machine that is the REOL back office.
