As a tenant of REOL Property Management you are entrusted with a home under our care and management. For the duration of your lease this property is more than a house or a unit, this property is ‘Home’ to you and your family. We understand this and look upon your tenancy as integral to our ongoing success.
We are a company who care about you as a tenant and all individuals. The services we provide are there to assist both yourselves as well as our owners.
Should you require after hours inspections we will make ourselves available.
We will be punctual or you will hear from us if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
Should you submit an application you will hear from us within 24 hours with an approval or decline providing we have all the information required.
We will have all maintenance issues at least organised if not carried out the same day.
We will always do our very best to get the owner to upgrade your home where required.
We will always be available to discuss any queries or concerns you have about your tenancy.
We will do everything we can to make your time with us a pleasant experience
