7.5% plus GST

Letting Fee:                                                                                                                                                                                         One week’s rent plus GST

This includes finding a suitable tenant, processing all required documents including application forms, tenancy agreements, entry condition reports and inventories (if required) and also to provide keys.

Rent Collection:                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Fee 5%

Collecting rent from tenants, receipting, ledgers, bond lodgements, accounting and bank transfers.

Management Fee's                                                                                                                                                                                                         Fee 2.5%

All other aspects of property management including obtaining quotes, organizing repairs and maintenance, routine inspection reports, lease renewals, managing rental arrears and market appraisals.

Post and Petties Charges:                                                                                                                                                                               Fee $6.60 incl GST

A fixed amount is charged to cover sundry outlay e.g. postage, telephone calls and statements.

End of Financial Year Statement:                                                                                                                                                                               Fee $22.00

An ‘End of Financial Year’ report is collated throughout the year and issued with the June statements.

Tribunal Hearing:                                                                                                                                                                                         Fee $55.00 per hour

Should a court hearing be necessary, a charge is applicable for document preparation and attendance on your behalf before the court.

Advertising:                                                                                                                                                                                  Fees are charged accordingly
